I’m so excited to share a special project I’ve been working on — a brand-new children’s book series all about Kiara, Xariah’s little sister!

If you’ve read Xariah’s Super Wheels or Xariah’s Color Quest, then you already know Kiara: cheerful, curious, full of personality, and always ready to explore the world in her own way. But in the Xariah stories, she shares the stage with her big sister. I wanted to give Kiara a place to shine — a space just for her.

And that’s how The Kiara Stories were born. 💗

🌈 What the Kiara Stories Are All About

This series is written especially for 5-year-olds and Kindergarteners — for the little ones who are just beginning to experience the world on their own terms.

Each book focuses on something real, relatable, and grounded in childhood:

✨ The first day of kindergarten
✨ Making new friends
✨ Understanding big feelings
✨ Trying new things for the first time
✨ Learning patience
✨ Accidentally making mistakes and learning from them
✨ Coping with separation from parents
✨ Navigating life as a sibling to someone with special needs

Kiara’s world is full of excitement, surprises, and emotions — just like the world of every 5-year-old child. Through gentle storytelling, warmth, and our signature soft pastel/chibi art style, each book will help kids feel seen, understood, and supported.

💕 Inspired by Real Life

Many of Kiara’s experiences come from the same world Xariah lives in — a world of love, compassion, family, and resilience. Being a little sister to someone with special needs brings unique challenges and beautiful moments, and I wanted to capture that with honesty and heart.

Kiara’s journey shows:

💗 That being brave doesn’t always look like being fearless
💗 That mistakes are part of growing
💗 That siblings of children with special needs have their own stories worth telling
